Evidently it was a great idea to put Romney health care in Massachusetts, but its not okay to give it to the rest of America. When a commercial came out about a Kansas steel worker who lost his job due to Romney's Bain-economics the Romney camp had to defend its closing of the Steel plant, the life's blood of the community. The man in the commercial lost his job, his health insurance and when his wife got sick, he lost his wife. The man stated Romney is out of touch with his actions. Hmmm, that brings up the question; did Romney know what would happen to the hundreds of workers he flushed out of the work force. Did he offer them other work options? Could he have? Did he even try?
Okay, so the best part? His spokesperson, Andrea Saul, tells fox news that if that that man and his wife lived in Massachusetts they would have been covered under Romney's health care system?
Wait! What does that mean? That the healthcare that system in Mass is okay, but Romney doesn't want to share it with the rest of the country. Do they want everyone to move to Mass when they get sick?
Sheesh!
Do these people even think before they speak? Has Andrea Saul been missing the hundreds of statements by Romney saying he would repeal Obamacare if elected?
Sorry, but the Romney camp doesn't seem to know they're doing. They spew these statements without a thought to what Romney stands for (if we could figure out what it is he stands for-it seems to change constantly) and I don't think they talk to each other. Camera on? Time to ramble senselessly....
I'd hate to see what he'd do if put in charge of the country. He can't even seem to run a campaign.

Vincent Solomeno for Freeholder
Vincent Solomeno packed the house Saturday morning to kick off his campaign for the nomination for Freeholder. Democratic Chairmen from across the Bayshore area came out to show their support and enjoy a complimentary breakfast. Congressman Palone dropped by to give his support to Vincent and meet with the crowd.
At age 14 Vincent walked into a township meeting and demanded the committee do something about the potholes that were taking over his town. He also voiced concern over the inflated taxes. The township committee men didn’t take him seriously and laughed.
But Vincent didn’t give up. He showed his determination to get things done. He contacted the right people and formed a committee for change in that town.
The men on the committee who laughed at him then aren’t laughing any more. Vincent went on to become a First Lieutenant in the U.S. Army Reserve, a recipient of the Harry S. Truman Scholarship and the J.William Fulbright Fellowship, he has a B.S. in Political Science from the University of Scranton and earned his M.A. in European Studies from the University of Amsterdam. He’s worked as a Truman Summer Fellow in Washington D.C for Congressman Palone where he specialized in Health care and food safety issues.
Whew! Who’s laughing now boys?
Vincent Solomeno is a force to be reckoned with and he’s ready to bring that energy to Freehold.
And this is just what Freehold needs, a man who knows how to get things done and doesn’t back down. We need a man like Vincent Solomeno to shake out the cobwebs and bring fresh ideas to Monmouth County. Check him out at www.vincentsolomeno.com

Obama's 100 days.

Getting rid of Gitmo. Since it's turned into a huge embarrassment to our country that's a good thing. And no they aren't going to release the bad guys into our country (have you seen those ridicules emails floating around?). Those who belong in jail will just go to other jails. Simple.
Let's face it, Obama took control of a country in trouble and he's moving forward. What more can we ask? Cleaning up 8 years of mismanagement takes time.
I think he's doing okay. What do you think?
